Dalam sejuta satu manusia di dunia,
Dalam seribu satu fikiran kau di dunia,
Engkau perlukan seseorang seperti aku,
Untuk kau tuding jari, hala pada muka aku dan kata;

"Jangan jadi macam mamat ni."

Dan juga,

Dalam sejuta satu manusia di dunia,
Dalam seribu satu fikiran aku di dunia,
Aku perlukan seseorang seperti kau,
Untuk aku pelajari, kenal pasti dan kata;

"Aku tak nak pun jadi macam engkau."

Dalam sejuta satu manusia di dunia,

Minta diri.

Hanya Bila Perlu

Kau seperti secawan teh yang suam,
Di meja makan.

Beraroma,
Manis.

Aku ingin simpan kau lebih lama,
Lalu aku menikmati kau dengan perlahan.

Kuantiti yang kecil.

Tapi tak lama lagi kau akan sejuk,
Jadi aku teguk secepat mungkin sebelum sejuk.

Human

I am poisoned by luxuries,
Like ants attracted to sugar.
The unreasonable, unnecessary and useless,
Diverting the ambitions, objectives and purposes in life.

After all, I'm only human.

The Lord said “Kun” be,
In Baqarah, In An’aam, In Maryam.
Kun Fayakun; Be, and it is.

And The Lord said;
He created Jesus just like he created Adam,
“He created him from dust, then said to him: Be! and he was.”

After all, I'm only human.

I don’t have the power of “Kun.”

So in this world, I wander,
As a worshiper, as a believer.
Trying to achieve the achievable,
Trying to achieve the impossible.

And if it is said by Him, then I would be.
I surrender.

Dendam

Sekali kau buat, aku calitkan di dinding.
Aku calitkan “I”
Dua kali kau buat, aku calitkan lagi di dinding.
Aku calitkan “II”

Sebab aku ni pelupa,
Tapi aku dah mula menanda,
Sebagai peringatan diri.

Sekarang ni di dindingku dah ada “IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII”
Kotor.

Lepas ni kalau kau buat lagi,

Aku nak tarik rambut kau; heret kau ke dinding ni,

Aku nak kau pandang tepat ke dinding aku,

Lepas tu aku nak jerit “Lihat, cilaka! Kotor, sial!” 

Kau Mentari

Perempuan mentari,
Setengah sehari kau luangkan.
Menerangkan muka bumi.
Cantik. Sempurna. Suam.

Tapi aku tahu, disebalik cahaya mu,
Kau adalah batu, hitam.
Dan aku tahu, tenagamu,
Tidak boleh dekati, panas.

Adakah kau sedih? Atau marah? Sampai aku tak bisa bertentang mata?
